    I would rather shop there than Weston Creek Pet Barn the female shop assistant's are much nicer and helpful

    This store is very hit and miss.
    During the week the staff don’t acknowledge you and appear to avoid you.
    On the weekend on the other hand the casual workers are all smiles and eager to help you out.

    Great quick and friendly service. Needed bravery reward for my dog after radiation. He does not like squeaky tools and I was was shown 3 products straight away. Bought all 3. Dog loves them and is doing well.

    Had a terrible experience bringing back a car scratcher that couldn’t stay upright( the pole had broken off). Wes the manager was exceptionally rude. Said it’s clearly been used. Also stated it was the cheapest when I said it didn’t even serve its function.
    I’m not sure why he expected it not to be scratched by a kitten, that is its purpose.
    I left feeling very let down with very poor customer service.
    Not going back
