During the week the staff don’t acknowledge you and appear to avoid you.

Needed bravery reward for my dog after radiation. He does not like squeaky tools and I was was shown 3 products straight away. Bought all 3. Dog loves them and is doing well.
- Sophie Cazabon Added January 06, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a terrible experience bringing back a car scratcher that couldn’t stay upright( the pole had broken off). Wes the manager was exceptionally rude. Said it’s clearly been used. Also stated it was the cheapest when I said it didn’t even serve its function.
I’m not sure why he expected it not to be scratched by a kitten, that is its purpose.
I left feeling very let down with very poor customer service.
